The master bedroom has an en-suite with shower, toilet, wash basin and heated towel rail, as well as fitted wardrobes, dressing table with fitted hair dryer, over bed lights, self controlled heating, and a TV/Video combi and Hi-Fi.

The second and third bedrooms have two single beds, fitted wardrobes, under bed storage, overhead bed lights and self controlled heating. The third bedroom also has fold up bed so a cot or moses basket can be used (not supplied), or can be used as a dressing room. Both the first and second bedrooms are serviced by second shower room with wash basin.

The kitchen/dining area includes a dining table and chairs, full size cooker, fridge, freezer, kettle, toaster and sandwich toaster

The living area has a seating area with pull out double bed, a TV, DVD, Freeview, Hi-Fi, Adams style fireplace with fan heater, and a selection of DVDs and videos for your enjoyment.

The caravan also has a highchair, iron and ironing board.

Outside the caravan is a large decking area with bench, picnic bench and BBQ, also with home parking space.

site also has a convenience store with in-store bakery and off-licence, hire shop, 2 launderettes, gift shop and sweet shop. In addition there is a cafe bar, traditional fish and chip shop, Burger King, Chinese restaurant, sports bar and 2 showbars showing a wide range of shows.

In the local area there are also a number of local pubs, which provide good, reasonable food, one of which is virtually opposite the site entrance
